Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn items in their original K-Swiss shoebox or packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status as it is processed.
